I wanted to take a moment to write and tell you how much I enjoyed working with you and your group when I was with Stewart Title. While I was with Stewart Title as a Commercial Escrow Officer, I worked with many different brokers, companies and groups in the Denver metro area. My experience with Higgins/Floyd Group and Unique Apartment Group was always great and always a team effort. You and your counterparts were in contact with our office from the time you listed the property (and often having us do research before you listed the property) until the day of closing making sure there were no issues with the Contract, Title Commitment, Closing Documents or Settlement Statements. There was never a last minute phone call or email asking if there were issues or what needed to happen to get the file closed.

I had several clients who would send the Contract over for title work and the next time I would hear from them would be to try and schedule a closing. Many times, they never reviewed the title commitment, sent us contract amendments or inspection resolutions and then wondered why it was a mad scramble to get closed on time. They didn’t understand (as your office does) the need to be present and working on all parts of the closing right up until the day of closing. No client wants to get a few days before closing and get a surprise or delay that could have been avoided by their broker being diligent throughout the process.
